Perhaps, you've heard it before, and you will hear it again. We spend about a third of our lives asleep, and sleep affects every aspect of our lives. We believe having a right mattress is a must in order to achieve a good sleep. Quality of sleep is often associated with the type of mattress. Research has shown mattress can impact a person's sleep. 

Finding the right mattress is about personal thing because ideal mattress is different for each person. This time, we just want to share based on our journey to find the right mattress. As a starting point to our research, the comparison below will gives you a quick snapshot of mattresses.

These are (three) best mattress types on the market that we found easily. They are widely available at (almost) any store. The next thing you'll need to know when choosing a mattress is do not just look from its appearance. It's very essential to lie on the mattress in the store for at least 10 to 20 minutes. Make sure it feels comfortable in every position. One thing that we learned from test out some mattresses, we know that every mattresses has own firmnesses or comfort level. It's important to note that firmnesses is subjective. Everybody has a firmness level that works best for them. As long as we know, firmnesses are categorized as soft, medium, firm, and extra-firm. There are so many options (each brand may have different names) you will know the difference until you try it.
